## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

**Location:** West Virginia  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services to clients navigating mental health and life stressors. Your work supports stabilization, insight-building, and practical problem-solving through scheduled virtual sessions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical therapy services via telehealth
-   Conduct psychosocial assessments
-   Develop individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain compliance with documentation requirements

## Requirements

-   Active LICSW license in West Virginia
-   Master’s degree in Social Work
-   Clinical experience providing therapy services
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
