## Description

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for FM projects and operations. The ideal candidate should have experience procuring MEP, Civil, HVAC, and maintenance-related materials while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Source and procure FM-related materials, equipment, tools, and services.
-   Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
-   Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
-   Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Project teams to understand procurement requirements.
-   Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
-   Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
-   Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget requirements.
-   Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
-   Maintain procurement records, reports, and vendor documentation.
-   Support tendering and subcontractor evaluation processes when required.

### Requirements:

-   Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
-   2–3 years of procurement experience within the Facilities Management industry.
-   Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Civil, and FM maintenance materials.
-   Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
-   Good communication and coordination abilities.
