## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all Dutch-speaking customer interactions will be conducted exclusively in Dutch.
-   Valid EU passport or national identity card (mandatory requirement for employment within Greece).
-   A solid working knowledge of English to facilitate internal team communications and training in a multilingual customer support services environment.
-   Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous.
