**About the Role**  
Our client is looking for an experienced **IT Support Specialist** to provide day-to-day technical support for their internal teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all systems and tools run smoothly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and helping employees stay productive.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide daily technical support to internal remote teams.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues.
-   Maintain and update IT tools, systems, and user accounts.
-   Support setup and configuration of computers, networks, and SaaS platforms.
-   Ensure adherence to IT and data security best practices.
-   Collaborate with management to continuously improve IT processes.

## Requirements

-   At least **3 years of experience** in IT Support or as an IT Generalist.
-   Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and access systems.
-   Experience supporting **remote teams** and managing **SaaS tools**.
-   Familiar with **basic networking concepts** and **security best practices**.
-   Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
-   Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
