## Description

Omelet, an award-winning, independent creative agency with a growing and exciting client roster, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and multidisciplinary Brand Manager for its Hollywood headquarters location (hybrid, 2x week in office).  

The ideal brand person is a born leader, resourceful, with a keen business sense with equal parts emotional intelligence and level-headedness to help drive our client’s brand  and projects. The brand management function at our agency touches every step of the development process from strategy to finance to creative and production and of course driving the client relationship forward. It is the ultimate responsibility of brand management to inspire and uplift the Omelet team to generate effective creative work on time and on budget for our clients. 

**General Responsibilities:**

-   Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and serve as liaison between external and internal agency teams 
-   Ensure client feedback is addressed and client expectations are met by understanding & accurately filtering client feedback for internal teams
-   Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop creative campaigns from brief to launch 
-   Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and implement processes and programs to help achieve client goals 
-   Establish budget and track spending on projects independently
-   Strong attention to detail to ensure all materials being sent to client are correct and delivered on time
-   Stay on top of industry and cultural trends
-   Think like a creative entrepreneur who helps drive business growth

## Requirements

-   3-5 years of brand management experience at a full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency 
-   Proven track record of client relationship development and service 
-   At least 1+ year as main client contact on a specific project
-   Ability to independently provide client feedback in a consistent manner with little oversight
-   Exposure to developing and building SOWs
-   Experience in writing assignment briefs and leading those briefings 
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time 
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
-   A proactive and strategic thinker
