## Description

\- Fluent in Japanese (strong verbal communication skills)

\- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

\- Excellent customer service mindset

\- Passionate about helping customers and solving problems

\- Able to work rotational & night shifts

\- E-commerce experience is an added advantage

\- Fresh graduates with strong Japanese proficiency are encouraged to apply

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing :

\- Handle live customer contacts (calls, chats, emails)

\- Provide accurate and professional solutions to inquiries

\- Ensure high customer satisfaction on every interaction

\- Meet quality standards and KPI targets

\- Complete 9 hours of staffed time per rostered day
