We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This is a unique opportunity to help build our team, shape our culture, and establish a resident-centered community from the ground up.

As a founding team member, you will play an important role in creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued while helping to set the standard for excellence in Memory Care.

### Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life for our residents.  
  
Responsibilities:  
• Medication administration  
• Resident assessments and monitoring  
• Documentation and communication with healthcare providers  
• Support care planning and family communication  
  
Qualifications:  
• Current Massachusetts LPN license  
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred  
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

 Pay range $32-37

### Resident Care Assistants ( RCAs)/ Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNAs)

Become part of a team dedicated to providing person-centered care in a warm and supportive environment.  
  
Responsibilities:  
• Assist residents with activities of daily living  
• Encourage engagement and meaningful interactions  
• Maintain resident dignity and independence  
• Support a positive and safe living environment  
  
Qualifications:  
• Memory care experience preferred but not required  
• Dependable, caring, and team-oriented

Pay range $20-24
