## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Parents Relation Executive** to join our team at the National School. This role is essential for fostering positive relationships between the school, parents, and the community, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and suggestions with professionalism and courtesy.
-   Organize and facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and school events, encouraging active participation and collaboration.
-   Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and follow up on issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly.
-   Collaborate with school administration and staff to develop strategies that enhance parental involvement and support student success.
-   Conduct surveys and gather feedback from parents to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
-   Develop and distribute informative materials that communicate school policies, programs, and events effectively to parents.
-   Assist in marketing and promotional activities to engage the community and promote the school.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or relations role, preferably in an educational setting.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to parents, students, and staff.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to the school’s mission and values.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the parental experience and ensuring that families feel valued and connected to the school community. All appointments are contingent on suitable background checks and references.
