This is a specialist role, not a generalist one. We are looking for one thing done exceptionally well: Bing Ads.

We're looking for a freelance Bing Ads Manager to run and scale paid campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand name.

## Requirements

**This IS for you if:**

-   You've managed real ad spend on Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising and can show results
-   You take full ownership of your accounts - no hand-holding needed
-   You're direct, fast, and don't need things sugar-coated
-   You want to be paid based on what you actually deliver, with real upside
-   You like working closely with leadership, not buried in a hierarchy

**This is NOT for you if:**

-   You need detailed instructions before you can start
-   You disappear when something goes wrong instead of flagging it immediately
-   You're not comfortable with numbers changing week to week based on performance
-   You want a fixed monthly retainer regardless of your efforts and/or performance
-   You take feedback personally

**Practical details:** 

\- Fully remote and freelance

\- Time tracking via our tool  

\- NDA with non-compete clause required
