No finance experience needed. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.

### What You’ll Do

• Speak with business owners and learn about their financing needs  
• Build relationships through outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication  
• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM  
• Learn how to present financial solutions and close deals  
• Develop professional sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

### What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills  
• Motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset  
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships  
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic  
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
