## Description

**Overview**

We’re hiring Production Operators for a growing, modern consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility.

This is a large-scale, end-to-end process manufacturing operation where raw materials move through preparation and batching, automated processing equipment, and high-speed packaging before becoming finished consumer products.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may work in a detail-oriented role measuring and preparing specific quantities of materials for production, operate and troubleshoot processing equipment, or run automated packaging machinery. The operation offers exposure to multiple stages of manufacturing rather than limiting you to one repetitive task or piece of equipment.

The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned, and growing quickly. There are multiple schedules available, and team members have opportunities to cross-train across different parts of the production process and expand their skills over time.

**What makes this role different:**

- **Modern facility:** Work in a newer, clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
- **Multiple shift options:** Choose from several day, night, and traditional shift schedules.
- **Variety of work:** Opportunities across material preparation, processing equipment, and automated packaging.
- **Cross-training:** Learn multiple stages of production and build a broader manufacturing skillset.
- **Recognizable products:** Help manufacture consumer products used and recognized nationwide.

**Compensation**

- $20–$21/hr
- Full-time, direct-hire – not a temp job
- Full benefits
- Shift options based on experience and availability

**Shift**

Multiple schedules are available, including:

- Rotating 12-hour day shifts
- Rotating 12-hour night shifts
- Traditional Monday–Friday, 8 hour 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts

We’ll work with you to identify the schedule and area of production that best fits your experience and availability.

**Responsibilities**

- **Material Preparation:** Measure and prepare specific quantities of materials for production.
- **Production Equipment:** Operate and monitor automated processing and manufacturing equipment.
- **Packaging Equipment:** Run and monitor high-speed automated packaging machinery.
- **Process Monitoring:** Identify production issues and make basic equipment or process adjustments.
- **Quality Checks:** Verify materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- **Production Documentation:** Accurately record material, production, and downtime information.
- **Changeovers:** Participate in equipment start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers.
- **Material Handling:** Move raw materials, finished products, tools, and supplies as needed.
- **Troubleshooting:** Perform minor troubleshooting and escalate equipment problems when necessary.
- **Safety & Housekeeping:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
