BHSDM is seeking a Full-Time Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Sales Team. This position is a key member of the team and provides the opportunity to engage with the city’s most esteemed agents, developers, and designers. The position is performed onsite, in-person

**Key Responsibilities**

·         Manage daily operations of the sales office, ensuring model units are presentable and fully functional

·         Respond to all email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner

·         Schedule and coordinate appointments with brokers and direct clients

·         Distribute and track required documentation (construction waivers, disclosures, etc.) via e-signature platforms

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including:

o   Lead and inquiry tracking

o   Appointment and registration details

o   Client feedback and follow-ups

·         Generate and distribute reports, including weekly/daily sales reports, customer activity reports, and lead tracking

·         Support transaction management by updating deal status, contracts, and closings in internal systems

·         Coordinate weekly team meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes

·         Assist with marketing initiatives and event coordination, including RSVP tracking and vendor management

·         Track and manage inventory of marketing materials and office supplies

·         Troubleshoot office technology and operational issues by coordinating with vendors to resolve internet, phone, printer, and other office equipment issues in a timely manner.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

·         2+ years of administrative, real estate, or sales support experience preferred

·         Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

**Schedule**

**Monday-Friday 10am-6 pm**

**Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000**
