## Description

**About the Role**  
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong visual sense, the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs, and a solid understanding of brand standards.

You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets across digital and print platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who blends creative thinking with executional precision and has experience working in fast-paced marketing or B2B environments.

**Key Responsibilities**  
• Design engaging visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads  
• Develop print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and sales collateral  
• Create visually compelling layouts for blogs, case studies, presentations, and marketing assets  
• Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and polished designs  
• Present creative ideas with clear rationale and strategic thinking  
• Create and edit short-form videos such as reels, promotional content, and product showcases  
• Apply video editing techniques including cuts, transitions, captions, and basic motion graphics  
• Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to support campaigns  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines  
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity  
• Prepare final files for print and digital production

## Requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

-   3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience
-   Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
-   Strong working knowledge of video making and editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar
-   Proven ability to create engaging video content and visual storytelling assets
-   Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy\\
-   Ability to conceptualize original ideas beyond templates
-   Must have experience in apparel design, specifically how you select and work with different fabrics
-   Have versatility across multiple design categories (e.g., apparel, social media, product visuals)
