## Description

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based manufacturer and regional licensee of Sealy, producing and selling premium mattresses and bedding products across the region. As part of a brand known for quality and comfort, the company focuses on helping customers make confident, informed choices through a strong in-showroom experience and deep product knowledge.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers in a premium retail environment. As a Showroom Salesman, you will play an important part in representing the brand, guiding customers through considered purchases, and contributing to a showroom experience that supports both immediate sales and long-term customer loyalty.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in selecting premium mattresses and furniture based on their needs.
-   Demonstrate product features, materials, and benefits to drive informed purchases.
-   Maintain an attractive, organized showroom that enhances the customer experience.
-   Process sales transactions accurately and follow up on customer inquiries.
-   Build strong product knowledge to meet sales targets and support repeat business.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree.
-   5 years of experience selling high-end mattresses and furniture in a luxury retail showroom environment.
-   Strong consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to close high-ticket purchases.
-   Experience using POS systems, CRM software, inventory systems, and product catalog tools.
-   Track record of building repeat-client relationships.
-   Native proficiency in Arabic and intermediate proficiency in English.
-   Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
-   Nationality: Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni
