As a Czech-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for engaging with Czech-speaking players, providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience remains enjoyable and seamless. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Handle player inquiries from the Czech-speaking community via chat, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues with empathy and efficiency.
-   Collect feedback from players and relay it to relevant teams to aid in continuous product improvement.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of all player interactions and support tickets.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and enhance player experience.
-   Contribute to the creation and updating of support materials and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
