## Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Experience Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of consulting and corporate positions, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in a highly competitive market.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a consulting organization, professional services firm, staffing agency, or executive search environment and possess a proven ability to build strong talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while driving recruitment strategies that support business growth and client delivery needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**

-   Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
-   Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
-   Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
-   Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for technology, operations, finance, and corporate functions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet hiring demands.
-   Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates.
-   Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical skills, competencies, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
-   Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

**Stakeholder Management**

-   Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.
-   Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
-   Facilitate hiring strategy discussions and recommend effective recruitment approaches.
-   Ensure timely communication and regular status updates throughout the recruitment process.

**Talent Strategy & Employer Branding**

-   Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen the company's presence in the marketplace.
-   Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, career fairs, and virtual recruiting events.
-   Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through sourcing and recruiting efforts.
-   Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition projects that support organizational growth.

**Recruiting Operations & Analytics**

-   Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and organizational hiring practices.
-   Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.
-   Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

## Requirements

**Required**

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
-   3 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a consulting firm, professional services environment, staffing agency, executive search firm, or corporate recruiting function.
-   Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
-   Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
-   Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers.
-   Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
-   Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

**Preferred**

-   Experience recruiting for client-facing consulting roles.
-   Agency recruiting experience with high-volume requisition management.
-   Experience supporting multiple business units or geographic markets simultaneously.
-   Knowledge of recruitment marketing, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
-   Advanced proficiency with reporting, recruiting analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
