## Description

### **Responsibilities**

-   Deliver full cycle talent acquisition from identifying job requirements to recommending recruitment channels, shortlisting & interviewing with candidates and the job offer process 
-   Collaborate closely with Business Partner and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adopt the right recruitment strategy.
-   Serve as the focal point with line managers in all recruitment-related affairs, including facilitation of hiring briefing, review of recruitment channel effectiveness and effective tracking on recruitment status
-   Own end-to-end candidate experience from candidate recruitment to selection and job offer processes
-   Act as gatekeeper for candidate quality including competency level, fit and proper and licensing requirements as appropriate
-   Identify ways to improve recruitment lead time and drive process automation
-   Support the design and manage job fairs, recruitment day and other forums to attract a more diverse pool of talent in the market
-   Steer other people-related projects by working closely with other centres of excellence within the People function

## Requirements

### **Qualifications, Training and Experience**

-   Degree holder with a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ talent acquisition experience gained as an in-house TA role, preferably in multinational / healthcare industry
-   Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, mass recruitment experience is strongly preferred
-   Diplomatic and customer-centric to stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
-   Attention to detail with a good understanding of local employee-related legislation and industry compliance requirements
-   Proactive and flexible in problem solving
-   Digitally literate and data-centric, with ability to extract and analyse data
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
