## Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **HR Recruiter** to join a leading company in the **Food & Beverage industry**.

📍 **Location:** Masr El Gedida, Cairo

**Key Responsibilities:**  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions.  
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.  
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.

## Requirements

-   1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
-   Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles.
-   Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
-   Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
