## Description

Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is currently seeking a hardworking Laborer to join our team in Lyman, SC. As a prominent supplier of critical boiler components, our mission revolves around excellence in manufacturing and customer service. The Laborer will assist in a variety of tasks essential to the production process, providing crucial support to skilled workers and ensuring the efficiency of operations. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of materials and components used in boiler fabrication.
-   Support the welding and assembly teams by providing necessary tools and materials.
-   Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area in compliance with safety standards.
-   Participate in inventory management and assist in tracking supplies.
-   Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
-   Engage in training and development opportunities to further skills and knowledge.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or GED is preferred.
-   No prior experience necessary; enthusiasm to learn is important.
-   Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team.
-   Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
-   Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required.
-   Flexibility to work overtime or varied shifts as necessary to meet production needs.
