## Description

We are seeking aSenior Site Architect to lead architectural supervision on active project sites, ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and material standards, and coordinate effectively with all engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineering submissions, validating coordinated drawings, and conducting site inspections for all architectural elements to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Review and approve engineering submissions, architectural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
-   Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and approved design intent.
-   Evaluate and verify coordinated drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist systems to ensure seamless integration.
-   Conduct regular site inspections for architectural works, finishes, materials, mock-ups, and installation quality.
-   Monitor construction progress and ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings and standards.
-   Identify design discrepancies, raise and reply technical queries, and propose practical, compliant solutions.
-   Coordinate with stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
-   Review material samples and ensure correct usage as per specifications and project requirements.
-   Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, safety standards, and project timelines.
-   Prepare site reports, inspection logs, NCRs/SORs, and follow up on corrective actions.
-   Support project handover activities, including snagging, de‑snagging, and final inspections.

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
-   Minimum 10–12 years of experience in architectural site supervision within large‑scale construction projects and residential/hotel towers.
-   Strong knowledge of building codes, authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.), materials, and specifications.
-   Proven experience reviewing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and technical submissions.
-   Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction methodologies.
-   Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD.
-   Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools is preferred  .
-   Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
