## Description

We are looking for a **Junior Quality Technician** to support daily quality activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an **active, engaged person** who is not afraid to communicate with production teams, engineers, and quality colleagues, and who wants to understand how quality works in real day‑to‑day operations. 

This is an **entry-level position** with clear guidance and realistic growth opportunities within the quality field. 

### What you will do 

-   **Communicate daily** with production, engineering, logistics, quality, and suppliers 
-   Check that **process steps, checks, and controls were completed as required** 
-   Review whether documentation is complete, correct, and reflects reality 
-   Record production issues, deviations, and non‑conformities 
-   Support follow‑up of corrective actions and agreed next steps 
-   **Assist in implementing safety and HSE measures** and procedures through communication and checks 
-   Support quality activities in production and partly in supplier quality (SQE) 
-   **Gradually learn** how quality assurance rules are applied in everyday operations 

This role will suit someone who likes to c**onnect people, reality, and documentation**, and who is not afraid to ask questions and get involved. 

### Requirements 

-   Willingness to **learn and grow** in quality assurance, with possible future exposure to HSE 
-   Able to **communicate with different stakeholders** as part of daily work 
-   Comfortable to leave the desk to verify information and understand production situations 
-   **Structured and reliable,** able to follow topics and support resolution of quality issues 
-   **Czech and English (both)** for daily work communication 
-   **Technical background** is a strong advantage, or willingness to build technical understanding over time
