## Description

Conceive Plus and SASMAR are a brand people trust at one of the most important moments in their life. We take that seriously. We're looking for someone creative, curious and hands-on to help us build a product offering that connects with consumers and stays ahead of the market.

**What you'll be doing**

-   Owning the brand identity across the product range - how it looks, feels and speaks to consumers
-   Monitoring consumer trends, competitor activity and category developments and bringing insights back to the team
-   Working closely with product development to shape new product ideas from a brand and consumer perspective
-   Reviewing packaging, labelling and product presentation to make sure everything is on brand and market-ready
-   Supporting product launches from concept through to shelf - creative briefs, copy, assets, positioning
-   Identifying gaps in the product portfolio and opportunities to grow the range
-   Keeping an eye on what's working and what's not - both internally and in the market

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

-   A creative thinker who also gets things done
-   Background in brand, product marketing or category management in FMCG, health, beauty or wellness
-   Genuinely curious about consumers and trends — reads the market, not just reports
-   Strong eye for detail on creative and packaging
-   Comfortable working across teams and moving fast
-   Experience with a physical product brand essential
