**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **HSE Section Head** to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
-   Lead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safety.
-   Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
-   Monitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
-   Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practices.
-   Manage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrences.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
-   5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
-   Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams.
-   Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
