Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.

We're looking for a Brand Ambassador Senior Exec to join our Growth team. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

**About the role:**

At + Me, we have built a community of Brand ambassadors who promote our brands such as Skin + Me to their followers. You will be in charge of managing the whole programme — from selecting who joins, to engaging with our ambassadors, to devising strategies to increase sales. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a marketing channel we have only recently launched and turn it into a successful growth engine. 

**What you'll do:**

-   Run the programme day to day across Skin + Me and Hair + Me — making sure new ambassadors are smoothly onboarded and existing ambassadors are being well looked after. 
-   Report on the performance of the channel - from outreach to number of ambassadors on the programme, to how many are actively posting and driving sales
-   Use data to devise strategies to get more ambassadors positing and selling. 
-   Implement all engagement strategies such as email journeys, rewards or events. 
-   Manage the relationship with our agency partner, making sure they get clear directions
-   Work with the social, CRM, influencer and customer service teams to bring in more direct applications, and turn more of them into active ambassadors.
-   Help creators create compelling content, in line with our compliance requirements, and leverage this content where possible for other marketing channels 
-   Work with the Influencer Team Lead on automating processes where possible. 
-   Expand the programme to more + Me brands over time.

**Who you are:**

-   You have worked on a creator, influencer or affiliate programme before, and you left it working better than you found it.
-   You are personable. Creators like talking to you because you are useful to them.
-   You like to build relationships with colleagues and have proven experience leveraging your network to improve your channel. 
-   You are able to work independently and are comfortable to turn for help when blocked. 
-   You are good with numbers. You can build a report, notice when one is wrong, and explain what it means to someone who did not build it. 
-   You have outstanding written communication skills.
-   You have experience managing an agency or a supplier. 
-   You have an inquisitive mind and like to generate ideas and test them properly.
