We are seeking a Junior Power BI Developer to join our growing data and digital function. This role is suited to a candidate with approximately 2+ years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics who is looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced construction and engineering environment.

You will work closely with teams across project controls, commercial, finance, and operations to develop insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across cutting-edge data centre projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-     Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support construction and data centre projects
-   Model, transform, and cleanse data using Power Query (M) and DAX
-     Combine data from multiple sources such as Excel, ERP systems, project management tools, and SQL databases
-     Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable visual reports
-     Support data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs
-   Assist with automation of recurring and manual reporting processes
-   Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, and reporting processes
-   Apply and promote best practices in BI development and data visualisation

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-     2+ years’ experience in a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or BI-related role
-   Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
-     Strong hands-on experience with Power BI in a professional environment
-     Solid understanding of: Data modelling concepts, DAX and Power Query (M), SQL or other data querying tools (desirable)
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
-   Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Interest in working within construction, engineering, or data centre infrastructure projects
-   Experience with integrating AI (Copilot) with Power BI semantic models for Q&A across reporting.
