## Description

### Job Description

-   Prepare, review, and revise architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.
-   Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth implementation.
-   Review architectural design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-   Handle material submittals and ensure materials are approved and meet project requirements.
-   Provide technical support to site teams and participate in solving on-site design issues.
-   Ensure that all architectural documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with the contract and codes.
-   Maintain updated records of architectural changes and revisions.

-   Follow up on approvals from consultants and authorities as needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
-   4 to 7 years of proven experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role.
-   Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and finishing standards.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
-   Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
-   Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
