## Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The goal is to increase brand awareness, grow followers, generate high-quality leads, and manage internal communication between teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing objectives.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, and others).

\- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the best performance.

\- Develop clear strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media accounts.

\- Create and implement lead generation strategies while optimizing cost per lead.

\- Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports for management.

\- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

\- Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials.

\- Manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Management) to ensure message alignment and integration.

\- Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and execution of marketing plans.

\- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

\- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible ROI.

\- Design basic marketing creatives and collaborate on visual content production when needed.

**Qualifications:**

\- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

\- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

\- Experience in growing social media accounts both organically and through paid strategies.

\- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics.

\- Proven experience in graphic design and creating marketing visuals (e.g., social media posts, ad creatives).

\- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

\- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.

\- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.

\- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

\- Continuous and measurable growth in followers and engagement.

\- High-quality visual content aligned with marketing strategy.
