## Description

**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **SAP Signavio Architect** to lead business process transformation, process architecture, and process optimization initiatives using the SAP Signavio Business Transformation Suite.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, SAP functional teams, and transformation leaders to establish process architecture, identify improvement opportunities, and support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

The role requires a strong combination of **SAP Signavio expertise, business process management (BPM), process architecture, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and stakeholder leadership**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Define and own the **SAP Signavio architecture and implementation approach** across enterprise transformation programs.
-   Design the overall **business process architecture**, including process hierarchy, process taxonomy, standards, governance, and modeling conventions.
-   Lead implementation and adoption of relevant SAP Signavio capabilities, including:

-   SAP Signavio Process Manager
-   SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
-   SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
-   SAP Signavio Process Insights
-   SAP Signavio Journey Modeler
-   SAP Signavio Process Governance, where applicable

-   Establish **end-to-end process models** covering areas such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Plan-to-Produce, and other enterprise processes.
-   Support **SAP S/4HANA transformation programs**, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective transformation scenarios.
-   Facilitate process discovery, design, fit-to-standard, and process optimization workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
-   Define **As-Is and To-Be business processes** and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, standardization opportunities, and automation opportunities.
-   Leverage process mining and process analytics to identify deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for measurable business improvement.
-   Define process KPIs and establish mechanisms for continuous process performance monitoring.
-   Align business processes with **SAP Best Practices and S/4HANA capabilities**.
-   Integrate SAP Signavio into the broader SAP transformation landscape and methodology.
-   Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, integration, data, enterprise architecture, and change-management teams.
-   Define governance for process modeling, process ownership, approvals, publishing, and lifecycle management.
-   Establish reusable process modeling standards, templates, naming conventions, and documentation guidelines.
-   Provide architectural guidance for SAP Signavio integrations and data connectivity with SAP and non-SAP systems.
-   Lead stakeholder presentations and communicate transformation recommendations to senior management.
-   Mentor process analysts, business architects, and SAP Signavio consultants.
-   Drive SAP Signavio adoption across business and IT teams.

## Requirements

**Required Experience & Skills**

-   **10+ years of overall SAP / Business Process Management / Enterprise Transformation experience.**
-   **3+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio experience**, preferably in enterprise-scale transformation programs.
-   Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub.
-   Strong experience with **SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and/or Process Insights**.
-   Strong understanding of **Business Process Management (BPM), process architecture, process modeling, and process governance**.
-   Experience defining enterprise process hierarchies such as **L0–L4/L5 process models**.
-   Strong understanding of **BPMN 2.0** and process modeling standards.
-   Good understanding of **SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation programs**.
-   Experience conducting process discovery, fit-to-standard, and process design workshops.
-   Experience working with cross-functional SAP processes and multiple business functions.
-   Ability to translate business requirements and transformation objectives into scalable process architecture.
-   Strong knowledge of process mining concepts, process KPIs, conformance analysis, and root-cause analysis.
-   Experience establishing process governance frameworks and process ownership models.
-   Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   SAP Signavio certification or relevant SAP certifications.
-   Experience with **SAP S/4HANA transformation / RISE with SAP programs**.
-   Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
-   Experience with SAP LeanIX is highly desirable.
-   Knowledge of enterprise architecture and business capability modeling.
-   Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
-   Experience working with large global organizations and multi-country transformation programs.
-   Consulting or system-integrator experience is an advantage.
