**About the Role -** We are looking for a self-motivated Organizational Psychologist with proven corporate experience, to join our Ergo Well-Being (EWB) team as an EAP Consultant and be in the front line of supporting organizations and their people.  This role blends clinical sensitivity, organizational insight, and strategic thinking and the ideal candidate will partner up with our clients’ HR departments in order to provide direct support to their employees and leaders and enhance mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct Psychosocial Risk Assessment Studies (P.D 62/2025).
-   Evaluate existing training materials and develop new ones.
-   Design and deliver training sessions and seminars on mental health and well-being.
-   Coach executives and manage emergency/critical incidents.
-   Participate in EAP initiatives and ensure service quality.
-   Prepare periodic reports for employee support lines.

## Requirements

-   BA in Psychology & license to practice.
-   MSc in Occupational/Organizational Psychology.
-   Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
-   Previous experience in training delivery or Employee Assistance Programs, will be considered an asset.
-   Strong knowledge of MS Office.
-   Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
-   Team spirit and a positive, collaborative attitude.
-   Customer Oriented
