**Job Responsibilities:**

·        Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on furniture.

·        Assemble new equipment or parts according to specifications.

·        Install components and ensure proper functionality before deployment.

·        Conduct detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety concerns.

·        Test repaired or serviced furniture to verify performance and compliance with standards.

·        Track and manage parts inventory for repairs and maintenance.

·        Order replacement parts and maintain accurate records of usage.

·        Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors or management.

·        Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in the shop.

·        Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment.

·        Assist internal teams or customers with technical questions and equipment issues.

·        Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs efficiently.

·        Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and repair techniques.

·        Suggest process improvements to enhance shop efficiency and service quality.

·        Clearly separate foam, cardboard, and plastic to create recyclable materials.

·        Maintain and manage associates and their weekly schedules, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
