### **About the Role**

We are is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Finishing Site Engineer** on behave of one of our top clients to join thier construction & Finishing Team team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, marble, façade, and fit-out works.
-   Ensure all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
-   Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
-   Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
-   Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
-   Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists, ensuring timely closure of outstanding items.
-   Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
-   Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.  
      
    . **Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**.
-   **Minimum 4 years of experience** as a Finishing Site Engineer.
-   **Hands-on experience in all finishing work aspects is a must.**
-   Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, shop drawings, and quality control procedures.
-   Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage subcontractors and work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
