## Description

Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work (remotely) in Greece, with paid relocation to Greece. This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Dutch/Flemish seeking a rewarding customer service career while experiencing life in Greece. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients with product and service inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
-   Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to serve customers effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
-   Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation costs covered by the company.
