**Job Summary**

Catilas Resources Limited is seeking dynamic and results-oriented **Accounts Acquisition Agents** to join our client's team, a leading commercial bank. The ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial-minded, self-confident, and enthusiastic about attracting new customers for our banking services. This is a commission-based position where your earnings reflect your productivity. Quick learners with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Proactively solicit potential customers to open accounts with the bank.
-   Assist prospective customers in completing all necessary documentation for account opening.
-   Compile and maintain an updated list of leads and referrals to drive continuous account openings.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff for efficient account processing.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
-   Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
-   Proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
-   Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward sales.

## Benefits

The position is commission-based plus a monthly Transport Allowance of N100,000.
