## Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Specialist Restorative Dentist (Western Qualified)** to join our Leading Dental Healthcare Center. The successful candidate will provide advanced restorative dental care, manage complex dental rehabilitation cases, and deliver high-quality aesthetic and functional dental treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions involving teeth, gums, and oral structures.  
• Provide advanced restorative treatments including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures.  
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on clinical assessments, diagnostic records, and patient needs.  
• Perform aesthetic and reconstructive dental procedures to restore oral function and appearance.  
• Manage complex cases involving dental wear, trauma, missing teeth, and compromised dentition.  
• Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists when required.  
• Provide patient consultations, explain treatment options, and ensure informed decision-making.  
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control and healthcare quality standards.  
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and continuous professional development activities.  
• Support the training and development of junior dental staff and contribute to departmental excellence.

## Requirements

**Requirements**  
• Completion of recognized postgraduate training in Restorative Dentistry.  
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience as a Restorative Dentist in a reputed dental center, university hospital, or tertiary healthcare facility.  
• Extensive experience in complex restorative procedures and aesthetic dentistry.  
• Strong knowledge of modern restorative techniques and digital dentistry workflows.  
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering patient-focused dental care.
