## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Pluxee, a dynamic and innovative company. This remote role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution.
-   Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
-   Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
-   Stay informed about Pluxee’s products, services, and policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
-   Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
-   Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
