**THE ROLE**

You'll be the first person every client sees and the last voice they hear. The Receptionist at JÜV sets the tone for the entire experience — warm, organized, and polished. You'll manage the front desk, handle scheduling, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

## Requirements

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Greet every client with warmth and professionalism
-   Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using Boulevard
-   Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly
-   Process payments and maintain accurate records
-   Assist with client intake and treatment preparation
-   Support providers and administrative staff as needed
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
-   Uphold client confidentiality and service standards  
    

**QUALIFICATIONS**

-   Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a spa/medical office preferred
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
-   Comfortable with scheduling systems (Boulevard experience is a plus) and basic computer skills
-   Professional appearance and demeanor
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
-   Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus

**SCHEDULE**

Full-time. Weekday and weekend availability required.
