## Description

**Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Darien, WI manufacturing client is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join their team.**

**Long-Term Temp to Hire Opportunities**

**1st shift:** 5am- 3:30pm Monday- Thursday with OT on Friday

**2nd shift:** 3:30pm-2:00pm Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday

**Wage:** $17.50- $17.90 per hour depending on shift

## Requirements

-   Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product
-   Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters
-   Mold maintenance and mold inspection
-   Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary
-   De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers
-   Perform some secondary finishing on molded products
-   Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing
-   Provide material for machine operator
