## Description

Salary range: $4000-$5500  
Location: Singapore  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay

Job Description:  
\- Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.  
\- Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.  
\- Documentation of method statements and work procedures.  
\- Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.  
\- Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas.  
\- Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.  
\- Attend site meetings and inspections.  
\- Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures.  
\- Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.  
\- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge.  
\- HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.  
\- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.  
\- Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage.  
\- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, innovative, and result-oriented.  
\- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
