**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Boca Raton, FL  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

This LCSW position is built around direct client care. You will meet with clients virtually, complete assessments, provide therapy, and maintain treatment plans that reflect each person’s needs. The work requires clinical skill, good documentation habits, and the ability to create a professional connection through telehealth.

You will support clients as they work through personal, emotional, and mental health concerns while making care more accessible through remote sessions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions for assigned clients
-   Complete biopsychosocial assessments
-   Develop and maintain treatment plans
-   Provide support for mental health symptoms, stressors, and life transitions
-   Keep clinical records accurate and current
-   Monitor progress toward treatment goals
-   Use evidence-based therapy practices
-   Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics
-   Respond to urgent client concerns using approved procedures

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
-   Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
-   Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and private workspace
-   Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
-   Excellent communication and professional judgment
