## Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Development Associate to join our team in Baghdad. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals eager to build a career in sales, as well as professionals with prior sales experience. You will be responsible for prospecting, merchant acquisition, and driving business growth through effective communication, outreach, and relationship building.

###  Key Responsibilities

-   Prospect and acquire new merchants and clients.
-   Conduct cold outreach and follow up consistently.
-   Build and maintain strong client relationships.
-   Negotiate and persuade potential customers to drive sales.
-   Work with sales targets and KPIs to achieve branch objectives.
-   Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems.
-   Represent the company with professionalism and a customer‑oriented approach.
