## Description

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join JASARA PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

\* Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.

\* Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.

\* Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.

\* Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.

\* Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.

\* Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.

## Requirements

\* 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management.

\* Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.

\* Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management,

\* Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.

\* Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project

environments.

\* Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete

procurement records.
