As an Entertainment Services Advisor, you will assist Norwegian-speaking clients in exploring various entertainment options, ensuring they receive a delightful and memorable experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries related to entertainment services, including bookings, events, and activities.
-   Deliver exceptional customer care through multiple communication channels, addressing all questions and concerns effectively.
-   Apply your knowledge of the entertainment landscape to provide customized recommendations based on client preferences.
-   Manage bookings with care, ensuring all reservations are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.
-   Keep updated with industry trends and new offerings to enhance customer interactions.
-   Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
-   Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous enhancement of services provided.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
-   Experience in customer service, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality industries.
-   Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing high-quality customer support.
-   Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to meeting client needs.
-   Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
-   Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
