## Description

Gypsy Collective is looking for a **Middle / Senior UI/UX Designer** to help shape and evolve our portfolio of in-house iGaming products. You will work on improving existing platforms, building scalable design systems, and creating polished, conversion-oriented interfaces that balance business goals with user experience.

  
**📅 Your daily adventures include:**

-   Support and improve existing iGaming products and interfaces;
-   Create clean, modern, and conversion-focused UI/UX solutions;
-   Maintain and evolve product design systems and visual consistency;
-   Participate in the design and launch of new products from concept to release;
-   Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the design team;
-   Balance business goals, product metrics, and user needs in design decisions;
-   Work within established visual styles, brand guidelines, and workflows;
-   Take ownership of tasks from briefing to implementation review;
-   Ensure design quality during development together with engineers;
-   Communicate proactively with stakeholders and clarify requirements when needed;
-   Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools and prompting workflows;
-   Create banners, illustrations, and visual assets when required;
-   Manage priorities independently in a dynamic product environment.

## Requirements

**🧭 What makes you a great match:  
**

-   3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (Middle / Senior level);
-   Strong visual design skills and attention to detail;
-   Experience designing modern web or mobile product interfaces;
-   Strong understanding of conversion-oriented design and user behavior;
-   Ability to create polished, structured, and scalable UI solutions;
-   Experience working with and maintaining design systems;
-   Advanced Figma skills;
-   Ability to work within an existing visual language while maintaining consistency;
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills;
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks;
-   Understanding of structured design processes and workflows;
-   Experience using AI tools for image generation and prompting;
-   Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy;
-   English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.

**  
🔍 Bonus points if you have:**

-   Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, or entertainment products;
-   Motion design or animation skills;
-   Experience creating high-quality illustrations or assets using AI tools;
-   Experience working in product companies with multiple brands or platforms.
