## Description

**Talent 360** is looking for a **"Software Test Engineer"** to join their growing team!

As a Software Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting software defects, performing functional and regression testing, investigating issues, and collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions.

## Requirements

-   Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and specifications.

-   Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

-   Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.

-   Analyze reported issues and work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

-   Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes and new releases.

-   Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.

-   Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development process.

-   Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

-   Develop and maintain basic automated test scripts as required.
-   Have knowledge of automation testing concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
-   Contribute to improving testing processes, coverage, and overall software quality.
-   Report testing progress, results, and identified risks to the relevant team members.
-   Stay updated on testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
