Bendi / Flexi Driver

**Location:** Hemel Hempstead  
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm  
**Team:** Small, friendly team of 10

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Bendi / Flexi Driver** to join our small, friendly team of 10 based in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team, takes pride in their work and can help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

-   Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift safely and efficiently.
-   Loading and unloading deliveries.
-   Moving, stacking and storing stock within the warehouse.
-   Picking and preparing orders accurately.
-   Ensuring goods are stored correctly and stock is handled with care.
-   Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
-   Following all health and safety procedures.
-   Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required.

## Requirements

What We're Looking For

-   Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift.
-   A valid and in-date Bendi/Flexi licence.
-   Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.
-   A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
-   The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
-   Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
