## Description

**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Louisiana | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth**  
**$115,000–$120,000 per year**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

We are seeking an **LPC licensed in Louisiana** to provide individual counselling through telehealth. The position involves meeting with clients, completing intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing counselling based on each client’s needs.

**Key duties include:**

-   Conduct scheduled counselling sessions and initial intake appointments
-   Assess presenting concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals
-   Develop and review treatment plans based on client needs and progress
-   Help clients build practical coping, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
-   Monitor progress and make changes to treatment when appropriate
-   Maintain complete and timely clinical records

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
-   Active LPC license in Louisiana
-   Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
