## Description

Blackford Tech require an experiences Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Technical BA who can demonstrate strong Dynamics 365 experience. You must be capable of analysing the client’s current in scope processes, designing the target-state process in Dynamics, performing fit-gap analysis, assessing and mapping source data into Dynamics, supporting workflow/configuration, documenting the solution design, driving UI/UX aspects and assisting with testing, user training, go-live, and ELS. Strong experience with Business Process Flows, Dynamics Sales configuration, source-to-target mapping, and stakeholder workshops is essential.

## Requirements

-   Business process discovery and requirements analysis
-   Business process flow design for both existing and new products & services
-   Configure capability in Dynamics 365
-   Provide guidance and expertise with workflow and automation
-   Provide input, guidance and technical insight into any UI/UX aspects required
-   Data mapping and Dynamics data model review
-   Solution design and documentation
-   Implement the workflow configuration in Dynamics
-   Data loading into Dynamics
-   Testing, training, and early life support capability

### MUST HAVE KEY SKILLS

-   Able to demonstrate experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Technical BA delivering Dynamics 365 process analysis and solution design for new and existing products, verticals and processes
-   Strong background in supporting UI requirements, look and feel plus delivery of optimised UX experiences
-   Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, including Business Process Flows, forms, views, fields, and business rules
-   Proven capability in workshop facilitation, requirements capture, current-state / future-state process mapping, and fit-gap analysis from Lead to Contracting
-   Proven capability in solution design and Dynamics configuration for the addition of new products and services
-   Strong understanding of Dynamics data structures, source-to-target mapping, and data migration considerations
-   Experience documenting solution design, including process flows, field/data requirements, business rules, problem statements, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
-   Experience supporting UAT, user training, go-live, and Early Life Support for Dynamics 365 implementations
