**What You’ll Do**

-   Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound leads
-   Set quality appointments with prospective customers
-   Document interactions and follow up with customers
-   Maintain a professional, positive presence while helping improve communication strategies
-   Greet showroom guests, and guide them towards the right sales or service team member

**What You Bring**

-   BDC or call center experience required
-   Comfortable using a CRM
-   Clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills
-   Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
