### Pay rates starting at $50/hr

**Full Time and Part Time Evenings**

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable **Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor** to join our healthcare team in Waterloo, NY. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring high-quality resident/patient care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare standards and regulations.

## Requirements

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
-   Provide clinical guidance and direction to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
-   Monitor resident/patient care and ensure individualized care plans are followed.
-   Respond appropriately to changes in condition and medical emergencies.
-   Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
-   Conduct rounds and assess residents/patients for changes in condition.
-   Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medication administration.
-   Assist with staffing, assignments, and maintaining appropriate shift coverage.
-   Promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
-   Provide leadership and support to staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
-   Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
-   Address clinical concerns and assist with resolving issues that arise during the shift.

## Benefits

-   Current and unrestricted **New York State RN license**.
-   Minimum 1 year of nurse experience in a Long Term Care Setting required
-   Previous nursing experience required; supervisor/clinical lead experience over multiple units required

-   Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team.
-   Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
