## Description

**Production Team Member – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity**

A local company is looking to add dependable and motivated individuals to their **Production Team!** This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, full-time work with the potential to be hired on permanently. The facility is **climate-controlled**, providing a comfortable working environment year-round.

**Requirements:**

-   Must have a **High School Diploma or GED**
-   Must be able to lift up to **50 pounds**
-   Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
-   Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance
-   Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

**1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM  
**Starting Pay:** $14.50 per hour

**2nd Shift:** 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM  
**Starting Pay:** $15.50 per hour

This is a **Temp-to-Perm position** with an expected **30–90 day probationary period**. Once hired permanently, employees can receive **regular pay raises** and have the opportunity to continue growing with the company.
